The Neverending Necklace was started in 1998 to become the world’s longest
and most valuable necklace. It is made from beads which people have dedicated to
dear friends and family. The necklace is divided into sections which are beautifully
mounted on framed panels. All these sections draw much attention and admiration
during events everywhere. Soon I will exhibit them around the country and the
world. Each section is displayed with a plaque bearing the sponsor’s name.

Having served many Jewelers in Palm Beach County designing and repairing pearl jewelry, Ingrid has been
working with beads since 1988 and it was a natural jump to envision a charity project using beads.

At first the Love & Peace Project was merely a hobby which Ingrid could tend to only now and then. As the
necklace grew and the Project took shape it became clear that it was a lifetime commitment, and she searched for
a way to establish it as a widely recognized and entertaining vehicle to raise money and awareness.

Currently she is focusing on finding the support needed to make it into a significant and steady contributor to a
number of charity organizations.

Born and raised in Würzburg, Germany, she now lives with her husband and son in Wellington, Florida.

Reaching our goals and at the same time raising money for charity is a big chore. Time is a precious commodity, since all persons actively
helping are volunteers who do so in their spare time away from their work. Numbers in parenthesis reflect the hours of volunteer work.
